My opinion is.....

it is just a wierd year and I am not sure throwing stones at any school or conference, other than just normal rivalry banter, carries much weight. In the case of the ACC they really haven't been good strong at any point and the tourney is just playing to chalk for the league. UVA lost as a 4 but, if you think about quarantining and arriving a day before with little to no practice it is not that surprising. VT lost as a 10 to a 7, UNC as an 8 to a 9, GT without their best player, the ACC player of the year no less and Clemson was just being Clemson.

The really funny and sad thing is to see the idiots at Duke Basketball Report dogging the tourney and the conference. All the while oblivious to the fact their guys were arguably not good enough to get a bid and they effectively threw in the towel to avoid the embarrassment. Of course, that is Duke and K being Duke and K.

I feel bad for the kids from VCU. Tough to get that close and have the rug pulled from under you. Good luck to the remaining teams on avoiding issues and getting to end your season as a result of a loss rather than as the result of a medical test.
